This hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk from the subway stops and the Moscow railway station. It's also conveniently close to Tretyakov's gallery and within walking distance to the city center and Red Square. the rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and well-designed, with convenient shades on the windows. the friendly and helpful staff provide great service, and the breakfast is made to order and delicious. the hotel also offers fantastic facilities, including a sauna for private use.

There was some temporary construction noise from the street after 9am, but it didn't disturb me too much.

The breakfast was awesome, especially the freshly baked croissants and the hot chocolate. the staff members were super friendly and went out of their way to make our Easter stay one to remember. We also appreciated the convenient location near popular tourist attractions and the complimentary airport transfer.

There was a noisy power plant nearby that kept us up at night and made it difficult to sleep. the shower panel in our room did not effectively stop the water from getting on the bathroom floor, causing us to constantly clean up after each shower.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated just a short walk away from the main attractions of the city. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the concierge who went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also had a fantastic spa that I was able to book for free in advance, which was the perfect way to unwind after a long day.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality hotel experience.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is quite accessible by taxi, making travel very affordable. the Tretyakov Gallery and the bridge that connects to the center are nearby, which makes it an excellent location for tourism. the staff is friendly and willing to help. Breakfast is decent and the rooms are spacious.

One downside is that the hotel is situated in a noisy area near a factory with irritating high-pitched noise disturbance.

During my New Year's stay, I loved the fact that the hotel had a fantastic location close to all the main attractions. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also a highlight of our stay, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

The surrounding area was under construction, which made it quite noisy and it was a bit of a challenge to get around. there was an industrial facility nearby that caused consistent loud noise.

The bathroom floor being warm was a jaw-dropping surprise. The staff were super friendly and helpful! The food at the restaurant was mind-blowing. The room was peaceful, except for some temporary construction noise in the morning. Even though not all employees spoke English, they were all really friendly. Shoutout to Receptionist Alla, who was incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome. The restaurant staff were also amazing, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to the city center, metro station, restaurants, banks.
